Every Player, non-player character, and creature in « ΔRK // FANTASY » are built on the same stat system used to gauge their capabilities in combat encounters. The numbers are not used to calculate damage, but are there to allow Players to measure their capabilities in comparison to others.

On creation, each character is given 250 stat points (SP) to split amongst the six attributes, 250 SP being the starting base for most Players (see this canon list for more information). Points can be earned in various ways, but mostly through general site activity and event participation. Players can build their characters however they wish.[break][break]
Generally, stats with a value between (50-249) are considered average, stats between (250-499) are above average, stats with a value between (500-999) are elite, and stats that have reached the cap of (1,000) move to a realm considered superhuman. It is not currently possible to permanently raise any of your stats beyond (1,000). Some spells and skills that provide stat boosts are capable of surpassing this limit.[break][break]
We trust players to gauge their characters' capabilities accordingly based on the general guidelines here and below. Staff will intervene if we discover any issues.

WHAT DOES EACH STAT PERTAIN TO?
HEALTH

- How much damage a character is able to withstand.
- How long a character is able to stay in battle.
- A character's stamina and resistance to fatigue.
- When reaching the superhuman level of health, a character possesses seemingly bottomless reserves of stamina, allowing them to withstand more duress in combat. This stat does not mitigate the amount of damage received.

PHYSICAL POWER
The physical power (ATK) stat affects the following:[break]
- The physical strength of a character.
- How much weight a character can lift and carry.
- How much damage a character's physical skills and strikes do.
- At superhuman level, characters are at 'hercules-tier' strength— going far above and beyond what is physically possible for any living being. Capable of picking up a stack of buildings with a single hand or crushing steel with their bare fists alone.
MAGIC POTENCY
The magic potency (MAG) stat affects the following:[break]
- Whether a character is able to maximize spell damage potency.
- A character's ability to make the most out of complex spells.
- A character's ability to understand and identify magic.
- How quickly a character's spells can be cast.
- At superhuman level, characters are able to draw out the absolute maximum amount of potency from all their spells. Their familiarity with casting spells is such that they can drastically shorten cast times, and immediately recognize the name, range, and potency of tiered spells cast by others.
PHYSICAL DEFENSE
The physical defense (DEF) stat affects the following:[break]
- The character's defense against physical damage.
- The character's ability to withstand pain from physical attacks.
- The character's ability to mitigate damage from skills that scale off ATK.
- At superhuman level, characters have mastered the art of defense and possess an abnormally high, nigh complete, resistance to pain. Physical strikes from weaker beings seemingly bounce off of their skin, as though they have no actual need for their armor or other equipment.
MAGIC RESISTANCE
The magic resistance (RES) stat affects the following:[break]
- The character's defense against magic damage.
- The character's ability to withstand pain from spells and magical sources.
- The character's ability to mitigate damage from skills/spells that scale off MAG.
- At superhuman level, characters have familiarized themselves fully on the flow and function of magic and possess an abnormally high resistance to magic. They take very little damage from all but the most powerful of spells (Tier IV+).
AGILITY
The agility (AGI) stat affects the following:[break]
- The character's movement speed.
- The character's ability to perform acrobatic feats.
- The character's reaction time and ability to evade incoming threats.
- At superhuman level, characters possess lightning reflexes and explosive muscle generation, granting exceptional quickness and reaction time. Their speed is blinding as they move with uncanny instinct, vastly surpassing the running speed of most beings and able to perform acrobatic feats as easy as breathing.
